An iconic mid-century gem in the heart of Beaumaris, originally designed by renowned Architect Peter McIntyre. We were fortunate to be part of the team that restored the original home, with a sensitive small extension added to the rear to better accommodate today's lifestyle.
Like all mid-century homes, they are well designed for living and connection to nature - The natural light is wonderful and a neutral palette of warm timber and green layers, allowed the unique roofline and rear sunroom to be the heroes of the main living area. Placing seating at the end of the kitchen island encourages more conversations and deeper connections, whilst it is also a fab spot to savour your morning coffee, with the sun peeping through. There is also a butler's pantry and laundry behind the kitchen wall that has dual access for flow and function.
A warm, welcome and fun home to be enjoyed by our lovely clients and their family and friends, for many years to come.
