An iconic mid-century gem in the heart of Beaumaris, originally designed by renowned Architect Peter McIntyre. ⁠ We were fortunate to be part of the team that restored the original home, with a sensitive small extension added to the rear to better accommodate today's lifestyle. ⁠

Like all mid-century homes, they are well designed for living and connection to nature - The natural light is wonderful and a neutral palette of warm timber and green layers, allowed the unique roofline and rear sunroom to be the heroes of the main living area. ⁠ Placing seating at the end of the kitchen island encourages more conversations and deeper connections, whilst it is also a fab spot to savour your morning coffee, with the sun peeping through. There is also a butler's pantry and laundry behind the kitchen wall that has dual access for flow and function.⁠
