Nature does it best
One of the best parts of our work is the variety we have each week and the lifelong learning we are part of. Curious by nature, we like to explore and be up to date with new suppliers, designs and products, so that we are fully prepared for each project, to curate the best options for their unique circumstances. From kitchen materials to decor such as ceramics and upholstery, here's a snippet of our exploring and everyday living with hygge.

Explore with Hygge
From visiting the Mill markets in Geelong to foraging in nature and visiting a new florist, we always have our eyes and ears open :-)
Hygge Kitchen
If you want to feel like a rockstar in the kitchen, then this is the dish for you!
Hands down so easy, it's literally a shoulder of lamb with some herbs n spices, slow cooked for 12 plus hours - then watch the bone fall away from the tender meat, so delicious!
We've paired it with a Haloumi and Cous cous salad, packed with flavours and some extra ingredients (I somehow always go rogue with recipes). Both are from the fab Nagi 'Recipe Tin Eats' and recipes can be found on her website.

Hygge Reading
- an oldie but a goodie - The Foraged Home
I have been known to pull over to forage for all sorts of things, much to the embarassment of the kids! From sticks, to pine cones and natives like blue gum, it is such a great way to add nature into your home. Nature does it best!
This book covers all types of foraging - coastal, rural, wild and urban and the key takeaway is that foraging is for anyone, anywhere! It is amazing how our eyes suddenly become wider when we have a focus - try it out and I bet you'll be surprised just what is in front of you.
The Foraged Home
That's all for this week - Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead, be sure to make the most of what just might be our last hot weekend.
